PAYMENT INFORMATION

Clean Aura™ offers 3 Payment options....

1. PayPal : Can be used via the shopping cart or e-mail orders

   * If you do not have a PayPal account and would like more information-- please visit www.paypal.com

2. Credit Card: Can only be used via the shopping cart (We do not store or save any credit card information. This data is automatically erased after the transaction to ensure maximum security.)

3. Check** or Money Order: Can be used via the shopping cart or e-mail orders*

After you have placed your order via the shopping cart or received your email order confirmation, please send your check or money order to the address shown below.
*Orders are not shipped until payment is received. 
**Orders paid for by personal check will have a waiting period until the check has cleared before shipping, which takes about 3-5 business days from receipt of payment depending on your bank.  So if you wish to expedite shipment, send a money order or cashier's check. 

Please note:  We would appreciate it if orders are paid for in a timely fashion. Checks should be received within 10 business days from receipt of your invoice/order confirmation.  If payment is not received after 2 weeks from order date your order will be placed back in stock.   We cannot guarantee that your items will available if late payments are made. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment.  Business days are Monday thru Friday. Orders received after 2 PM CST on Fridays are processed the following Monday.

Orders are sent via Priority Mail, and usually takes 2-3 days, depending on how far away from Wisconsin you are.

Our Credit Card payments processed via PayPal and we print our shipping labels directly from the PayPal site.  Unfortunately, since there is no e-mail address associated with Credit Card payments, Credit Card customers do not receive shipping notices.  We are hopeful that PayPal will resolve this problem.
